By placing an order on this website you agree to these terms.

Orders
Placing an order is a request to buy. We confirm every order by phone before sending it, and we may cancel an order we cannot confirm, or one with an incomplete address.

Prices and stock
Prices are in Bangladeshi Taka and include VAT where applicable. If a price or stock level on the website is wrong, we will tell you before dispatch and you can choose to cancel.

Payment
We accept cash on delivery only. Please pay the delivery person the full amount shown on your order, including the delivery charge.

Delivery
Delivery usually takes 1-3 days inside Dhaka and 3-5 days elsewhere in Bangladesh. These times are estimates and can be longer during holidays or bad weather.

Refusing parcels
Please order only what you intend to receive. If a parcel is refused without a valid reason, we may ask for the delivery charge in advance on future orders.

Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place your order is the one that applies.
