Return & refund policy

We want you to be happy with every order. If something is not right, tell us and we will sort it out.

Checking your parcel
Please check the items in front of the delivery person before paying. If a product is damaged, wrong, or missing, you can refuse it and pay nothing for that item.

Returns within 3 days
You can return an unused product in its original packaging within 3 days of delivery. Call us or message us with your order number to arrange it.

Items we cannot take back
For hygiene reasons, opened cosmetics, skin care products and innerwear cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or were the wrong item.

Refunds
Once we receive and check the returned item, we refund the product price by bKash, Nagad or bank transfer within 7 working days. Delivery charges are refunded only when the mistake was ours.

Exchanges
Need a different size? We will exchange it as long as the size you want is in stock. You pay the delivery charge for size exchanges.
